・京都の本店で初めて食べた時、衝撃を受けたのが本家第一旭本店さん。それから何度も、なんなら第一旭さん本店のラーメンを食べに行くために足を運んだ京都。それなのに、それなのに、我が棲み家の天満にその支店ができるなんて思いもしなかった。そう、#本家第一旭天満店さんがオープンしたのだ。オープン当初から大行列の絶えないラーメン店として、ただでさえ名店の多い通称"麺六"と呼ばれる天神橋筋六丁目界隈にお店を構えられた。私は少し落ち着いた頃を見計らって足を運ばせていただいだぜ。 ✔️《ラーメン(¥980)》〜 ✔️《炙りチャーシュー丼(¥440)》〜うん、本家第一旭の味だ。当然、食べ慣れ親しんだ本店と比べる事はやぶさかではないのだが、店員さんが濃さや麺の硬さなどを聞いてくれるなど、その配慮がとっても嬉しい。そして、この炙りチャーシュー丼。いい。とてもいい。なんだかさ、こういう…
