A 120-meter-high view over Busanhang, Gwangandaegyo and Nampodong!? That’s the big reveal at Busan Tawo, inside Yongdusan Gongwon in Busan’s old downtown. It’s also a popular spot for night views, so consider an evening visit if you’d like to see the city from above after dark 🌙

There’s more to explore as you make your way down. The tower has spaces for exhibitions and cultural events, plus a lower-level attraction built around a flying-submarine concept. Continue past colorful photo zones to rooms decorated with colorful versions of Busan’s landmark travel destinations. Which part would you head for first? 🚀

There are also food alleys and a museum around the tower if you’d like to make a day of the area. Admission varies by age, with free entry for children under 36 months. It’s open from 10:00 to 22:00 year-round, but ticket sales end at 21:30, so get your ticket before then. Parking is available, with the nearest lot right beside the tower 🙂

Views and lower-level fun

Start at the upper observatory for views over Busanhang, Gwangandaegyo and Nampodong, then head down to the flying-submarine-themed attraction. The route continues past colorful photo zones and rooms decorated with Busan’s landmark travel destinations. You can also look around the tower’s exhibition and cultural-event spaces 🛥️

Go for the night views

Busan Tawo is popular for its night views 🌃 Plan to visit in the evening or at night to look out over the city. The tower is in Yongdusan Gongwon, with food alleys and a museum nearby if you’d like to explore more of the area.

Tickets end at 21:30

The tower is open every day from 10:00 to 22:00, year-round, and ticket sales close at 21:30. Coming later in the day? Leave time to buy your ticket before the cutoff ⏰ Parking is available, and the nearest lot is right beside the tower.
